Julia Kolodko is a PhD Candidate at the Warwick Business School, British Economic and Social Research Council scholar, and a co-founder of Nudgeathon — a start-up that uses crowdsourcing and behavioural science to solve important social issues. In her PhD, and in collaboration with the British government (Behavioural Insights Team and Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs), social enterprises and start-ups, Julia conducts research on how to help people be healthier and lead more environmentally-friendly lives.
Julia is a lecturer at Kozminski University, a trainer and consultant, in the areas of behavioural economics, consumer decision-making and marketing. Before embarking on the academic journey, for nearly 10 years, Julia worked in marketing in Poland and Italy, in telecommunications, banking and media sectors. Julia holds the CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and yoga teacher.
